This is particularly useful when hiking, traveling, or an emergency situation where clean water is unavailable.
How to Use the Water Filter Bottle?
- When first using the water bottle, the filter will be dry. The filter needs to be fully saturated with water.
- We recommend fully submerging the filter in a bowl or cup of cold water for 24 hours. Once the 24 hours is up remove the filter and blow out any excess water that remains.
- Your filter is now ready for use. Make sure to sip a few times to help the water pass up through the filter.
- Please be sure to clean the filter after each use and let it run under tap water for 5 minutes. Always remove the filter from the water bottle when cleaning the bottle itself. Do not use soap on the filter.
